In addition to working full time as a pilot, many of you know that I also do presentations for groups of girls. I have recently announced a new series of presentations being held through the Lakewood Community Recreation and Education Department: This is an interactive and inspirational event for girls (ages 5-12). Join a professional pilot (that's me) to hear about her training and career, and then learn “everything” you need to know about flying a plane with hands on instruction. We will end with a question and answer session. Classes are held January 24th, February 21st and March 21st from 10 am to 12 pm.
